Avv. Maria Vittoria Monteverde

She was born in Milan in 1998.

She graduated in Law at the University of Milan in 2022, with a thesis on commercial law. In the same year, she won the competition for admission to the PhD programme in comparative, private, civil and corporate procedural law at the same University.
Winner of the 10th edition of the “Carlo D'Urso Award”, she is Member of the Novara Bar Association since 2025.

• She mainly deals with corporate law, insolvency law and family law.

She has participated and continues to participate in degree sessions as a member of the commission and regularly publishes in scientific journals of national and international relevance.
